By using any TheProtocols accounts, including but not limited to HereUS Network accounts, to login to our (HereUS PBC's) apps, you agree to abide by these terms. Please note that these terms are subject to change, and it is your responsibility to stay informed about any updates. As HereUS PBC, we reserve our right to make changes on terms without notifying if there is no major modification. We also reverse our right to decide if a change in terms is major or not.

HereUS has diverse and dynamic apps offering a multitude of services, but we make no guarantees or warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any content, features, or services provided through our apps.
You use HereUS apps at your own risk. We do not guarantee that HereUS apps will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, or modify any app at any time without notice.
HereUS apps allows users to generate, upload, and share content in two ways: stored on app servers (partially federated), stored on users' networks (complete federation). Since TheProtocols Network used by the user is assigned to be concerned about any kind of data security, HereUS apps prioritizes functionality while making sure to keep private information between user, app, and the network. Some HereUS apps can provide ways to publicly share content. Thus, even though we provide tools to moderate public content, we do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of any user-generated content, especially if it is private of one, two, or more user from this same network or federated. You are solely responsible for the content created or shared from your account. If your content goes against local laws of your place of residence or citizenship, we may provide required information to the authorities concerned. You will be notified by email on such happening.
Due to nature of TheProtocols, HereUS apps may integrate with third-party services for added functionality. We do not guarantee the availability, performance, or security of any third-party services, and your use of such services is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HereUS apps and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable more than money paid to apps that can be proven with any kind of evidence accepted by jurisdiction for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
You agree to indemnify and hold HereUS Network and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of HereUS Network or your violation of these terms. HereUS PBC has right to take legal action against any kind of "on-purpose" damage done to the systems and reserves right to decide if it was "on-purpose" or not.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of California, The United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
By continuing to use any of the HereUS apps after any modifications to the Terms of Service, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
